Blue Apple Electric announces it is looking to acquire electric companies based in Las Vegas and surrounding cities. Blue Apple Electric will consider companies with revenue between $1 million and $20 million, offering electrical services to residential and commercial clients.
“The business has enjoyed tremendous growth over the past few months and we’re pursuing acquisitions to reach our long-term goals,” comments Jeremy Prevost, CEO of Blue Apple Electric. “Customers’ peace of mind is a top priority for Blue Apple Electric; that’s why we’re looking for electric companies with a commitment to integrity, quality service, and customer satisfaction.”
The Blue Apple Electric team believes in giving back to the community and has established numerous programs to demonstrate this: the Blue Apple Cares Program and the Blue Apple Services Senior Rewards Program serve cancer patients and the local senior community, respectively.
Following a decision to begin the acquisition process, Blue Apple Electric will strive to ensure a smooth transition for employees of the acquired company and maintain a trust-based relationship with the previous owners. CEO Jeremy Prevost has overseen numerous acquisitions throughout his career in the service sector and is confident in the company’s ability to successfully make new acquisitions.
